SHIPPING & RETURNS
Molly Haydock Fashion uses Royal Mail to post out all orders. When checking out you will have the option to select 2nd Class (2-3 working days delivery time), or 1st Class (1-2 working days delivery time) postage, charges will apply accordingly. Please allow up to 5 working days for your orders to be made before posting out, as each piece is made with love to order. For hats please allow up to 4 weeks for your order. Due to the current pandemic, please expect potential delays with postage times. Molly Haydock Fashion always posts out on time, however Royal Mail are experiencing delays, so please be mindful and understanding.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please read the return policy for each item carefully, as it does vary. We do accept returns on certain items, however do not provide return postage. Customers will have to pay to return any items, or exchange them. If you would like to return or exchange an item you have 28 days to do so, and you are required to email us within this time to make us aware before doing anything else. Any custom orders, which can be placed by filling out the 'Custom Order Enquiries' section, cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty. Some accessories, such as earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty also. Please email us (allow 5 working days for a response) with any questions regarding our policies.
